Your first claim review, without the overwhelm.
What to bring, what to ask and what a public adjuster actually does.

Start with what you have
Your policy, claim number, carrier letters, photos and estimates are useful starting points. You do not need a perfectly organized folder to ask for help. Tell us what is missing.
Share the timeline
Write down the damage date if known, when you discovered it, when you reported it and what has happened since. Note any requests or dates in carrier correspondence without guessing at missing facts.
Understand who represents whom
A public adjuster represents the policyholder in the property claim. We inspect the damage, prepare estimates, organize supporting documents and communicate professionally with the carrier. We do not decide coverage or guarantee payment.
Ask about the relationship
Before signing, ask about fees, services, who handles your file and how updates are provided. Make sure you understand the written agreement and any applicable cancellation rights. A free initial review is separate from representation.
Leave with a practical next step
The next step may be an inspection, a request for documents or a discussion of the carrier’s position. Keep meeting policy obligations. For legal disputes or advice about your rights, consult a qualified attorney.
